Welcome to the Global Goan Unity Run-Walk platform organised by the COGGE in association with  Vibrant Goa Foundation & Commissionerate of NRI Affairs Government of Goa. By registering for the event through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Participation

  • The Global Goan Unity Run-Walk is open to all participants.
  • Participants may walk, or run from any preferred location.
  • The event is open to individuals of all fitness levels and age groups.
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment completion.
  • Participants must provide accurate and valid personal information during registration.

2. Registration Fee

  • The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Registrations once completed cannot be canceled or exchanged.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, or pricing without prior notice.

3. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants acknowledge that they are physically fit to participate in the event.
  • Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
  • The organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage arising during participation.
  • Participants are advised to consult a medical professional before participating in physical activities.

4. Submission of Run/Walk Details

  • Participants may be required to upload proof of completion such as screenshots, photographs, or activity tracker details.
  • Participants must submit valid address details for medal delivery.
  • Incomplete or invalid submissions may be rejected.

5. Medal & Certificate Dispatch

  • Medals and certificates will be processed only after successful verification.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on participant location and courier availability.
  • The organizers are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address details provided by participants.

6. Use of Media

  • Participants grant permission to the organizers to use submitted photographs, videos, testimonials, or event-related content for promotional purposes.
  • Content may be published on websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, or event communications.

7. Platform Usage

  • Users shall not provide false information or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Any misuse of the platform may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

8. Changes & Cancellation

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Important updates will be communicated through official channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The COGGE and associated partners shall not be liable for technical issues, payment failures, delivery delays, or health-related incidents arising from participation.
